JAMB Unveils Schedule for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination"

 

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has recently unveiled the highly anticipated dates for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination. This eagerly awaited announcement came through a statement issued by JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin.

The main UTME is scheduled to take place from April 19th to 29th, 2024, marking a crucial period for aspiring tertiary education students across Nigeria. The revelation of these dates stems from a comprehensive series of recommendations derived from a significant two-day Information Technology and Management Retreat held between November 26th and 28th, 2023.

Aligning with the essence of these recommendations, JAMB has earmarked the period between January 15th and February 26th, 2024, for the sale of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination application document. This strategically allocated timeframe aims to facilitate and streamline the application process for all prospective candidates.

Additionally, the Board has set March 7th, 2024, as the date for the 2024 MOCK-UTME, serving as a preparatory phase leading up to the main UTME, scheduled from April 19th to 29th, 2024.

A crucial directive for candidates is to print their examination slips starting from April 10th, 2024.
