"WAEC to Release 2024 WASSCE Results on this August , Confirms Official Announcement"

 According to an online announcement, the West African Examinations Council is set to release the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination results on August 5. The announcement stated that the results will be officially out on Monday, August 5, 2024. 

Acknowledging certain challenges that caused a delay in releasing the results, WAEC has expressed regret for the delay. They have assured all candidates that participated in the examination that 99.5% of the SSCE results are ready and will be accessible online shortly.

Despite the absence of the announcement on WAEC's official website at the time, a source from the council's office in Kwara confirmed the news to The PUNCH, stating that a statement should be posted on the website and social media platforms shortly.
